At Birth Roots Doula Collective we offer both birth doula services and postpartum doula support. Our birth doulas provide continuous, compassionate support throughout pregnancy and birth, offering reassurance, advocacy, and calm presence every step of the way. With evidence-based guidance and a trauma-informed approach, we help families feel empowered and respected in their choices. We create a safe environment where parents can focus on their birthing experience, knowing they are fully supported. As postpartum doulas, we recognize that those early days are tender and transformative; we bring rest, reassurance, and practical help. From light meals and tidying to feeding support and soothing strategies, we create calmer rhythms at home so bonding can come easier. With patience and professionalism, we meet parents where they’re at and help confidence grow.

Winnipeg Birth offers professional doula support in addition to Birth Photography, Films and Fresh 48 photos. Birth photography is more than a handful of snapshots. It’s about telling your story- the whole incredible journey you will take on one of the biggest days of your life. These images will spark memories each time you look at them for the rest of your life. Even better? It's offered by a doula with almost 20 years experience supporting families from all walks of life in all varieties of birth. So you feel held, and have the memories captured to prove it.

Kyla, owner of Dragonfly Nest, is a Registered Social Worker and has been practicing since 2013 primarily in the field of Social Services and Women & Children’s Health, and has been in private practice since 2022. In 2023, Kyla became a Birth & Postpartum Doula but has since narrowed her focus to postpartum support. She has a strong passion and advocacy for women and families in the perinatal period, with a focus on perinatal mental health and how it impacts individuals, families and larger systems.

Lumen Doula Care is a Postpartum and NICU informed doula practice. It was founded by Haley. After 12+ years in the social services sector and the birth of her twins Haley began to offer light NICU support services through Twin Moms Club working to support and advocate for twin moms who were experiencing NICU stays. In 2025 Haley began a double certification in Postpartum and NICU doula care - launching services this winter. Together, Lumen Doula Care and Twin Moms Club act as a circle of support for twin families, offering both community connection and individualized prenatal and postpartum care. Haley’s goal is to create spaces where parents—whether expecting multiples, or welcoming a new baby—feel seen, prepared and supported.

I’m Amy Loewen, a postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and sleep consultant. I provide professional private childcare and household support to families of all shapes and sizes, specializing in the first year of life with a new baby. I take a collaborative approach, working with parents to set them up for continuing success with their new baby and meet any sleep or feeding goals they may have. This includes daytime or overnight care in your home, as well as remote consulting to support your parenting journey.
